Possibly Halifax’s only 6 star pond. Family of beavers, family of ducks, family of hawks, a dam/lodge and several large nests. Gravel travel is 0.8 Km. Off trail lookouts, pond access, rock seating areas and side trails are beautiful and abundant. Whoever rated this pond only 3 stars clearly has no business rating ponds.
